We do accept deposits on our babies when they are approximately 3 weeks old.  We do require 50% of the purchase price to hold a puppy.  We do not like to take deposits on unborn babies or any babies younger than 3 weeks.  WE WILL NOT HOLD BABIES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.    The fastest way to send a deposit is thru Money Gram Services at Walmart or Western Union.  Please contact us FIRST before sending a deposit.   By sending us a deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

This deposit is non-refundable.
If a deposit is placed on a pup that is already born, it will hold the pup for 14 days after the deposit is placed unless other arrangements are made. If the pup is not picked up by the agreed upon date, the breeder reserves the right to sell the pup, and the deposit will be forfeited. If the pup can not be paid for in full on the agreed upon date, the deposit is forfeited.

*You have been informed of our shipping, pickup and delivery methods and charges.

*You have asked all pertinent questions regarding your puppy.

*You intend to make a nonrefundable deposit on the above mentioned puppy.

*You understand that if your puppy is being shipped to you, final payment, including all shipping charges must be made within two weeks of the shipping date in order for your puppy to be shipped.

*You have read and you understand all of our policies and procedures.

*You are of legal age to enter into a contractual agreement -18 year of age or older.
